Yeah I know they didn't crack the top four, or won any points but you know something..I'm still proud of both HURRICANE and RIZEN SUN. They ran just just as I thought they would under conditions as I had predicted in the previous blog.

I wasn't surprised to see HURRICANE bursting out of the gates to take the lead and R.S. falling to last place. I also knew the fractions would be like that. In the end though the better horse won that final. OBTRUSIVE look sharp all the way, stalking the pace before taking over in winning in a decent :56.17 and with a SR of 113, one wouldn't argue that she came prepared. Congrats and great job to "Racondo". R.S was flying from last place to finish 6th in traffic and HURRICANE faded back to 7th, and in a field of 16, with both running 100+ SR's, I can't complain.
I am proud of them.
