Twice a week, starting this week, I will be publishing in my blog some valuable information on the breeding component of our game and the trainer game. These are two of the most crucial components, therefore we have decided to 1) help guide the players on the dos and donts when breeding and training; 2) eliminate any myths or rumors that are just not true that might be brewing in the community; and 3) give basic guidance on truly evaluating the horse you just bred, understanding that valuation and what could be done with that horse.
There are many ways to play this game. You can breed for the superstar or you can just manage a small stable of average horses and play around and have fun in restricted and insta-tournaments, and, some players can even find a balance between both. My job will be to educate you on all the opportunities to maximize the entertainment level that our game and community can provide.
For new players, our virtual racing world and community can be a little overwhelming. We have seen more times than not very good horses retired or sent to the vet for all the wrong reasons. Though some of the information in my blog to some players is nothing new, I have a feeling that just about every player can get some valuable insight on how to maximize their enjoyment and increase their racing action by looking at our breeding and training program from several different angles.
A lot of the content I publish will be repetitive. This is because new players are constantly joining, but each week I guarantee you that for even the most established players, something new can be learned.
So, let me be very upfront and say that this thread is about education and not about controversy. There are plenty of places on the site where players can come up with their own feedback and suggestions. Because we're targeting education and game/feature awareness, we're not going to allow anything but questions in response to my blog posts. Anything else will be deleted because it just doesn't fit the objective of what we're trying to do here.
I am already working on my first post, which will probably be published this Friday. I urge all players to sign up for my blog. I know there will be something for everyone - no matter how new or how experienced you are at our game.
Sign up now so you don't forget, and I'll see you guys before the weekend is over.

There are some members out there that are getting discouraged with breeding and training. This will hopefully help them overcome their problems. I know I am looking forward to this blog.
