I entered both tournements, jockey and betting, on Thursday night. I guess I didnt make it to 50 bets for the betters list, but I know for a fact I had more than 14 wins yet I'm not on the jockey list at all?

Dunsmore - you entered the VIP only Tournaments (and finished in Second Place as a Jockey - Congrats.) The results of the VIP Only tournaments are found here. You are correct you only completed 28 Bettor Races so you failed to qualify for the VIP Bettor tournament - you would have swept the rest of the pack at the rate you are going though, you finished those 28 races with a 902% ROI.
