We recently posted the results for the following tournaments:

The Ansel Williamson New Member Jockey Tournament, run from 10/30 through 11/5

The Henry McDaniel New Member Jockey Tournament, run from 11/6 through 11/12

I would like to congratulate Leinard, who won the Ansel Williamson jockey tournament, beating 23 other players for that first prize of 75,000 community points. We would also like to congratulate Blm6116, who won the Henry McDaniel tournament, beating 38 other players for first place to receive 75,000 community points.

There are tournaments posted under the Tournament Schedule that are still open for entry to new players who have raced less than 250 times. If you're not sure how many times you've raced, go to your My Account tab to your profile page and right there where it says "All About You", you'll see how many races you have run.

With this said, with the new release of our game coming out soon, not only will we have several dozen house tournaments posted throughout December, but we expect hundreds of user-generated tournaments. The user-generated tournaments allow the players to set up the parameters and invite other players with equal skill sets. Look for more information on this over the next week. I'll be keeping everyone informed.

In the meantime, if you want to see the full results of the above-mentioned tournaments, simply go into the Calendar under November 5 and November 12, click on the tournament name and see the full results.

Horse racing is such an exciting sport and we know this game is all about winning. We believe with the user-generated tournaments and the new, fully-automated house platform, competing head-to-head against other players is going to be a blast. In the meantime, most of these tournaments will require a community point entry fee. So, we strongly suggest that you build up points and have them ready to enter the tournaments. Let me just recap the ways you earn points.

You race in community mode and successfully play as a jockey or a bettor. General members can earn 1,000 points per day / VIP members can earn 5,000 points per day. With the new version of the game, we will be raising those limits.

You can earn points by posting in the community - posting photos, commenting in forums, commenting to blogs. Every post earns you points. There is no limit on your community points when posting in the community.

If you want to earn 10,000 points, you can do that by inviting a friend who actually signs up and runs races. Just click on the Invite-A-Friend module on the left-hand navigation menu and learn all about how you can earn 10,000 points per friend. We have had many players earn tens of thousands of points or more by referring their friends. It's easy money, or should I say easy points.

You can also earn points by purchasing them in our store. Go to the Horse Racing store under the Shop tab on top and click on Points.

We're adding new ways to earn points soon through sponsorship programs associated with our advertising partners. More on that in the next week or so, but it will be a great way to earn points without spending any money - something we know everyone would like.

One last point, if you become a VIP, not only can you earn a substantial amount of daily points by playing in the community, but you receive 99,500 points just for signing up.
