Horse Racing Fantasy Community

Just talked to programming and they have completed both the November and December VIP community horse files that are owed to our VIP members. This was an embarrassing situation for us and I'm not going to make any excuses. Our VIP players are the key to our game's success and are in for some very big treats with the new version of the game. There's no excuse for the delay of these race horse files. They will be packaged up tonight and sent out sometime tomorrow, New Year's Eve. We really thought the new version of the game would have been out by now and these files would have been included, but with the holidays and the few bugs we ran into and the typical programming delays that always seem to happen, I finally went in there yesterday and said, "Give my VIPs their files!" Now, we've got them.

This particular file, which contains two months of horses, has some pretty talented thoroughbreds waiting for you to bet and jockey. There is one horse that is just as fast as can be and will be very hard to beat, especially on turf sprints. You'll figure out who it is after a few races. He's got amazing gate speed, but don't try to slow him down. Give this horse his head every step of the way and he'll just keep on going right to the winner's circle.

VIP Updates: You'll notice by the end of this week or early next week a new link on our community left-panel navigation called the VIP Lounge. The VIP Lounge allows our VIPs to interact with each other privately without general members. It will also be where we keep special VIP stats and instant access to special pre-built races where the VIP members can compete against each other as jockeys and battle for the best winning time to win bonus community points.

In addition, once the new version is released, VIP members will automatically receive 25,000 community points each month whether they play or not. This will help them access more tournaments more often. Also, your VIP membership will entitle you to earn up to 6,000 community points per day from general game play, an increase from the current 5,000. And, once the new game is out, we guarantee at least five special VIP tournaments per month with bigger prizes than our typical general horse racing tournaments.

Don't worry, general game members, there are some additional features being added for you, as well, including the shared race feature allowing you to share races so your friends can see exactly what you did during a race. You have probably noticed the link already in the top navigation on our community pages. And, we are enhancing our Invite-a-Friend program. You'll learn more about that and what it means to you over the next few weeks.

2009 is going to be a great racing year. A lot of players will win a lot of big prizes. VIPs will definitely have an advantage, but general game members will win their share, also. If you are not a VIP, you might want to look into the bonuses and benefits of becoming one. There is a full video tutorial in the Get Help section on the benefits of being a VIP. There is also a link called Add-Ons on our main website - www.horseracegame.com. It will also provide the benefits and bonuses associated with a VIP membership.

Santa Anita Racetrack is open - I love it! My two girlfriends and I are going out this weekend, having dinner with a couple of our jockeys and hopefully will make some winning bets.
