The Grade 2 Davona Dale for 3-year-old fillies at Gulfstream Park on Saturday serves as a prep for the richer Bonnie Miss later in the meet, and has rounded up a talented field including Amen Hallelujah, who won the G2 Santa Ynez over at Santa Anita. Her chief rival may be Bickersons who has a home surface advantage having won the G2 Forward Gal Stakes last month. Christine Daae might be the best horse here but she is taking a big class leap coming off an 8 3/4 length maiden win also at Gulfstream Park, which should help her today. Comic Marvel and Mambo Fever are coming out of an allowance race but appear to have some talent. Sassy Image has won three straight, including the most recent nongraded Sweet Chant stakes here at Gulfstream Park. Joanies Catch and Female Drama round out the field.
