The $100,000 Affirmed Handicap for 3-year-olds at Hollywood Park set to run Saturday, June 20, features Scorewithcater, who beat the not-yet-crowned Kentucky Derby winner Mine That Bird in the Borderland Derby in February at Sunland Park. Our own Joe Talamo will pilot Scorewithcater tomorrow in the Affirmed Handicap. Winning four of ten starts, Scorewithcater has earned $233,720. His trainer, Doug O'Neill, also has Cape Truth (son of Cape Town) entered in the race. Cape Truth has won two of his four starts. Grazen, who has won two consecutive races at Hollywood Park also holds favorite status for this race with some officianados along with Misremembered trained by Bob Baffert, also winning two of three starts. Both will give Scorewithcater a battle in the Affirmed. Rounding out the field are Quindici Man and Fiddlers Afleet.

This looks like it could be a real battle and our VIPs should thoroughly enjoy determining who the winner's circle occupant might be.
