Undefeated three-for-three Buddy's Saint runs in the Grade 2, $250,000 Fasig-Tipton Fountain of Youth Stakes at Gulfstream Park on Saturday. Jackson Bend came off a nice second to Winslow Homer in the Holy Bull Stakes on January 23rd, and if Buddy's Saint should happen to run a slow speed figure, Jackson Bend might be the one to break his undefeated record. Eskendereya is coming off a first level allowance race and has trainer Todd Pletcher in his corner. Lost Aptitude is coming off a second in the Tropical Park Derby over the turf, and has never raced on dirt. If he takes to the Gulfstream track, he could be the upset winner. Ice Box, Pleasant Prince, and Positive Spirit are coming out of the same allowance race, and will all need to step it up big time in order to win this stakes level race. Aikenite and Pulsion round out the field.

This looks like one of those races you just want to run again and again. Our VIPs should truly enjoy jockeying or just watching this race.
