The Grade 1 $500,000 Donn Handicap at Gulfstream Park offers racing action for our VIPs this weekend. The favorite is Quality Road, who won the Hals Hope pretty convincingly. Two other horses from the Hals Hope are also entered in the Donn - Helsenki, who failed to menace Quality Road last time, and You and I Forever, who ran very well finishing less than 3 lengths behind him. Kiss the Kid, Duke of Mischief and Mambo Meister all seem to be evenly matched, having finished within a length of each other in the Ft. Lauderdale at Gulfstream Park. Dry Martini came out of that race too, finishing just a couple behind and also won the Grade 2 Suburban Handicap at Belmont Park last year. Past the Point is coming off a sprint in the slop here at Gulfstream in the Grade 3 Mr. Prospector. Delightfull Kiss won the Grade 3 Hals Hope here last year and Dubai Gold completes the lineup.
We think the Donn Handicap presents our VIPs with a great opportunity to try out the talent and stamina of these older horses in order to predict Saturday's outcome.
General members, you should definitely consider becoming a VIP because perks like our regular weekend prebuilt races are just one of the benefits of VIP membership that take your game play and enjoyment to a whole new level. That small 33-cent-per-day subscription fee is a wee thing compared to the huge amount of enjoyment and challenge you find as a VIP. There are a ton of benefits that accompany the VIP membership, like the special VIP tournaments that just started up again and include real prizes in addition to winning community game points. Just go to the Get Help section (from the top navigation menu), click on the Subscription Services Grid topic and check out all the benefits available to our VIPs.
Enjoy the $500,000 Donn Handicap, VIPs! We hope it adds some excitement to your racing weekend.
Love,
Michelle
