The 2009 Grade I $750,000 Toyota Blue Grass Stakes at Keeneland will offer our own Kent Desormeaux an opportunity to continue a spectacular winning weekend. Desormeaux racked up four wins at Keeneland Friday and will be riding the favorite for the Blue Grass Stakes, Hold Me Back on Saturday. Desormeaux rode Hold Me Back in his recent win of the Lane's End Stakes. The English Mafaaz is making his American debut in the Blue Grass Stakes and will be an able competitor to Hold Me Back. Rick Dutrow-trained Patena is also entered along with the amazing Theregoesjojo and Charitable Man. The field is very evenly matched and will be a true test of ability and talent all around. Completing the field are Join In The Dance, Cliffy's Future, Terrain, Loch Dubh, Massone and General Quarters.
