One of the best Belmonts in recent years was when Rags to Riches upset Curlin in the 2007 Grade 1 Belmont Stakes. Though we personally feel that the running of that race was the demise of a great filly it is still an incredible race to re-live over and over again.
The team has been very busy with, of course, the long-anticipated trainer game, which I personally feel is a big step forward for our horse racing enthusiasts, sports enthusiasts and gamers. I'll get more into how the trainer tournaments will work over the next week. Puddles will be updating you on what to expect in his weekly blog that should be posted shortly.

If you're new to our community and our game, you're about to experience the best of all horse racing games! Welcome to our robust, growing community!
Being a big fan of horse racing and horse racing fans, I was so excited to join this team last year. Now that the new tournament system is up and running, it's great to watch the players jockeying and betting their way to victory and building up those community points. I'm sure in no time we'll have more than a hundred active tournaments going on - and then soon five hundred - which is great!
I haven't been sleeping. I haven't been on an extended vacation. I've been working with the testing team on both the new, about-to-be released horse racing games and we are actually beginning to test several components of our trainer game that will be released sometime in March.
All November and December community horses have been distributed to VIPs of our racing games . Every VIP should have received a private message (if our new mass private message system worked). You simply have to download them from the Files tab of your Profile Page in the community. Michelle (BarebackRider) again apologizes for the delay.
We are getting a lot of emails from members, new and old, asking why they can't play in the tournaments. Their game is telling them that they don't have the right version. Nobody has the right version except for a handful of testers. We'll be turning the tournaments on very shortly. We're just cleaning up a few little issues.
We're almost back in action. Soon the tournaments will be back up and running. Because users or community members will be generating the majority of them, expect a lot of great action. There will probably be a lot more jockey tournaments, but I think as people begin to understand how the betting game works, we're confident that the betting tournaments will attract quite a few players, as well.
Results for the Tom Smith New Member Jockey Tournament that ended on November 21 have been posted. Just click on the tournament name from the Tournament Schedule calendar and take a look at how the tournament shaped up. Congratulations to Jubaruba who won the tournament with an Average PPS of 221.20 and will grab 75,000 community points as the first place winner.
